Platform Rules & Policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pakr98 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and all services made available through pakr98.com. By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. We recommend reading this document carefully before you start playing, placing bets, or making any deposits.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pakr98 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must not already hold an active or previously closed account on pakr98.
• You must not be using the Platform on behalf of another person.

pakr98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method you have used to deposit. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one account on pakr98. Holding multiple accounts – whether under your own name or using another person's identity – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pakr98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately so we can secure your account. All transactions made from your account before you notify us remain your responsibility.

pakr98 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that puts the integrity of the Platform at risk.

4. Deposits

All deposits on pakr98 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – instant processing
• Easypaisa – instant processing
• Raast – same-day processing
• Bank Transfer – typically 1–2 business days
• Debit and Credit Cards – subject to card issuer approval
• Other supported mobile wallets – processing times vary

Deposits made to pakr98 must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method chosen. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated periodically. Deposits that fall below the minimum or exceed the maximum for a given method will not be processed.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your pakr98 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before those funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen method.

Withdrawal processing times at pakr98 are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed the same day for fully verified accounts. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals generally clear within 1–2 business days. Card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

pakr98 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. During this review period, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. We will communicate any such delays through your registered contact details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pakr98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated in the individual offer terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless specifically stated in the promotion.
• Bonuses are issued for genuine recreational play. Any pattern of play that appears designed to exploit bonuses rather than enjoy the Platform may result in the bonus being voided.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pakr98 covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 Internationals, ODIs, Test cricket, Football, Esports, and other major sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. Live odds update in real time and bets may be suspended during key moments of a match.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that sport and market, as published on the Platform.
• PSL and international cricket matches that do not complete their full scheduled overs due to weather or other interruptions will be settled according to the official result if one has been declared, or voided if no official result is given.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• pakr98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure.

8. Casino & Games

The Games Lobby and Live Casino sections of pakr98 are provided for entertainment purposes. All casino games, including slots, table games, and Live Casino titles, use certified random number generation systems to determine outcomes. Results are independent and cannot be predicted or influenced.

Bingo games are governed by their own specific rules, which are displayed within each game room before play begins. By joining a Bingo room you confirm that you have read and accept the rules of that specific game.

Any attempt to use software, automated tools, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game will result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any balance accrued during such activity.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Collusion with other players in any casino game or sports market

• Placing bets with the intention of manipulating promotional terms
• Any form of money laundering or using pakr98 to process illicit funds
• Providing false identity information or using stolen payment credentials

pakr98 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity. Any account flagged by these systems may be reviewed, and play may be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, access to withdrawals may be temporarily restricted.
